Choose the right power solution for your project. Our DC-DC step-down converters reduce higher DC input voltages to a lower, adjustable output voltage. DeWalt battery adapters provide two outputs: one delivers the battery's native voltage, while the other provides a fixed 12V output with a maximum current of 2.5A.
Whether you're upgrading a Power Wheels ride-on or working on a DIY electrical project, find the right power solution for your setup.
High-Power Voltage Step-Down

Ideal for applications that require reducing a higher DC voltage to the voltage needed by your device.
Suitable for: Golf carts, 6V/12V/18V/24V accessories, car audio systems, and DIY projects. Please verify your actual load requirements before use. |
Ideal for DeWalt Battery Dual-Voltage Output Applications

Ideal for applications that use compatible DeWalt 18V/20V batteries and require low-voltage protection or dual-voltage output.
Suitable for: Power Wheels upgrades, lighting, speakers, and other compatible loads. Important: Do not connect devices that exceed the rated current of the 12V output port. Doing so may cause the module to repeatedly turn on and off rapidly. |

1. Can I convert 48V to 12V?
Yes. The MgcSTEM adjustable DC-DC step-down converter supports an input voltage of 11–70V DC and an adjustable output voltage of 3.3–24V DC. Set the output voltage according to your device's requirements.
2. Can this converter increase voltage?
No. This is a step-down converter only. The output voltage must be at least 2V lower than the input voltage.
3. Can I use a DeWalt 20V battery?
Yes, with a compatible DeWalt battery adapter. Before purchasing, check the supported battery voltage range and output specifications of the selected model.
4. Can the adapter's 12V output power any 12V device?
No. The device must also stay within the rated output current and power limits. For example, the dedicated 12V output port on the LVP-30-12V battery adapter has a maximum output current of 2.5A.
